Payment & Surcharge Disclosure

To help cover the cost of processing credit card transactions, Purple Mahika may add a processing surcharge to credit card payments, in an amount not to exceed 2% of the transaction, pursuant to section 5-2-212, Colorado Revised Statutes. This surcharge is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

We do not impose a surcharge on payments made by cash, check, or debit card. Where applicable, a discount may be offered for paying with cash. Any surcharge or discount is shown as a separate line item on your receipt.
