Because our drinks and baked goods are made fresh to order, all sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your order, let us know right away at the booth or by email and we will make it right.
Catering deposits reserve your date and are typically non-refundable, as they hold a slot we may turn others away for. The specific deposit and cancellation terms for your event will be stated on your quote.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a catering event, contact us as soon as possible at purplemahika@gmail.com. Cancellations made with more notice are easier to accommodate. Any refund of amounts beyond the deposit will be handled case by case.
For outdoor events affected by severe weather or emergencies, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.
